If someone is unable to access the pump controls to load more fluid or do a calibration, you can reset the pump access password as follows:

1)      Navigate to “Configuration” -> “Control Settings” -> “Opioid Options”

2)      Click on “Pump access control: ‘Set/reset password’”

3)      Enter the new password and confirm working by going to “Configuration” -> “Dose Pumps” and enter the new password
