Pump Installation for Autodose is quite straightforward. If it is a brand new site, first run ensure that autodose is installed correctly. The full version with Phidget Control Centre must be installed. If it is simple replacement, then it should already be installed.
- Plug in the new pumps, and ensure the old pumps are not plugged in.
- Obtain the serial numbers. This can be done by either asking Scriptsoft, or opening the Phidget Control Panel
- Open Autodose, and navigate to Pump Control
- Select the pump details, you should get the option Biodone (left) and Methadone (right).
- Select Biodone, enter in the first serial number, and hit save.
- Ensure there is a container under both pumps, then go to Manual Control and hit sniffle forward.
- Make sure the fluid comes out of the expected pump. IF it does not, try the other serial number, and test again.
- New pumps MUST be calibrated before dispensing.
