Before you start, you need to make sure that the version of autodose you are using matches the version of autodose the client is using. You can check this on the WIN-Autodose server.

On the Autodose log in page, select the “Options” button.

Click the three dots next next to the “Datasource Key” text box.

Log into WIN-AUTODOSE01, and go to the Master Database Settings Dialogue box and select Locations.

Search for the Site you are after. Take note of the Database Version. This will match the site version. Select the site, and click Edit.

Click “Validate” to make sure that you’re connecting to the right database and the ID and key match.
