If a new user us having an issue with using the pumps (loading, dispensing), it may be due to the pumps not being installed/configured correctly.

Navigate to “Configuration” -> “Dose Pumps”

Enter the password and check down the bottom in the “Pumping Unit Information”. If the pumps are not in that box, open the “Calibration Logs”.

Check to see if there is a recent calibration in the list.

If so, open the “Details” tab, then click on “Save” down the bottom. The pumps should now appear in the list with the status “Idle”.

Restart AutoDose and the pumps will be ready to use.
